My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was pretty nice, close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens, making it easy to find. The rooms, however, were a bit disappointing as they were filthy, had a bad odor, and didn't match what was shown online. The service, especially at the front desk, was friendly, but the WiFi was inconsistent. The dining experience, with a mediocre free breakfast, left something to be desired, although it was fresh. Overall, a mixed bag in terms of experience.
